40 days of yoga - day twenty five
Ahhhh kundalini class for the adrenal glands and a few shoulder strengtheners thrown in the mix. I like this set.

leaving my practice to the evening seems to happen a lot... restorative is a good way to make a practice happen when I am ready to drop off to sleep.
